Welcome to Bright Beginnings Music Together! Please take a moment to review our center policy. If you have any questions, you may contact Robyn Bauer, director, by email at email@example.com or by phone (540) 315-1093.
Two per child are allowed, space permitting, during the current session only. We can address additional needs on a case-by-case basis, but tuition cannot be prorated. Space in make-up classes is limited to protect from overcrowding, so please sign up in advance by emailing the director, firstname.lastname@example.org. If you know you will be absent in advance, please let us know so that we can open up an additional make-up spot for that specific class.
Have more fun in class! Please help keep everyone healthy by bringing only healthy children (and adults!) to class. Hand-washing before and after class is recommended. We sanitize our classroom space, instruments, and materials after each class with a child-safe cleaning solution. Sanitizing wipes are available for cleaning instruments after they have been mouthed.
In case of inclement weather, closings follow the public school closings of their location. Late start days, please check your email. If cancellations are necessary, extra weeks are usually added to the end of the semester.
Parents, grandparents, and caregivers are always welcome to attend class, no need to ask. It is usually fine to bring another guest when necessary (ie. an older sibling home from school) but please check with the director or teacher to be sure space is available.
Full tuition is due at the time of registration. Refunds can be given only if you withdraw before the first day of the semester. Like most programs, we cannot normally refund or give credit for classes missed during the semester, even if absences have been frequent. Nonetheless, at the discretion of the director, partial credit may be provided towards future classes in cases of prolonged absence due to severe illness, or other unusual circumstances.
Pro-rated tuition is not available, so after the third week of class, interested families must wait until the following semester to enroll. Students who have missed the first and/or second week of class can count those classes as regular absences and follow the "Makeup classes" policy.
We do not forbid the use of cameras in class, though we try to encourage parents to limit their picture-taking as it can get in the way of providing a musical example. Pictures of class activities may end up on social media sites and may be used for Bright Beginnings Music Together's display, advertising, and promotional purposes. Parents or children will never be identified by first or last name at any time without express permission.
Bright Beginnings Music Together, Music Together LLC, and their agents and employees are committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our website. We do not sell, rent, loan, transfer, or otherwise disclose any personal information, including your name, address, or email addresses with other organizations outside Bright Beginnings Music Together or Music Together LLC.
Information gathered on our website is collected and used internally only by authorized individuals at Bright Beginnings Music Together and Music Together LLC. We use the information we collect from families enrolling in a Music Together class to keep you informed about your class, how you can support your child's music development at home, and to provide information about upcoming semesters.
The Music Together program includes a quarterly e-newsletter from Music Together LLC. This newsletter contains educational articles and resources and is sent to families who are or have recently been enrolled in the program. As the licensor of the trademarked program, Music together LLC periodically communicates with current or former students for quality control and/or research purposes.
Registering for class online is a completely safe experience. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)-the highest standard in online encryption technology-to ensure that your personal and credit card information remains secure. SSL encryption allows you to register with confidence, knowing that only you and Bright Beginnings Music Together have the ability to access your information. Whenever you access a secure page on our site, the information you send is immediately encrypted for your protection. There are two simple ways to see if you are on a secure page: Look at the URL (website address) in your browser. If you are connected to a secure server, the URL will always begin with "https" rather than "http." Most browsers display an icon that indicates whether or not you have a secure connection. Look for the unbroken key or closed lock icons in the bottom left or right corner of your browsers.
Bright Beginnings Music Together reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
